I require a $200 retainer fee to book a tattoo. If you have not sent your fee, you do not have an appointment. This retainer is 100% NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

I require 7 days notice*** to cancel or move your appointment or your retainer is forfeited. Your retainer cannot be transferred to another person and it goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. If you require multiple sessions, it will be carried over to the next appointment, so you must be prepared to pay the full price at the first session.

If you change your tattoo design without sufficient notice, aside from very minor adjustments, your retainer will be forfeited and you will have to put a new one down to rebook. If you completely change the subject matter of the tattoo to something I am not interested in tattooing, or downsize from a large piece to a very small piece after booking multiple sessions, your deposit will be forfeit. If you change the placement of your design without sufficient notice (less than 7 days) and it requires a new consult, your retainer will be forfeited and you will have to put a new one down to rebook.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your retainer fee will be forfeited and your appointment cancelled. If this is due to traffic or anything else, please contact me and let me know you are on your way. You will be charged for the time I waited for you but I will still consider tattooing you with communication.

If you have to move your appointment once, you must pay a rebooking fee of $50 within 48 hours before I will rebook you**. If you move your appointment a second time, you will need an entirely new retainer. If you move your appointment a third time, I likely will not be making any more space for you in my schedule and your retainer will pay for the time I spent rebooking you/trying to fill your appointment/time put into emails.

If you have to cancel your appointment and you are able to give me adequate notice, your retainer fee will be held for up to one year but will be reduced by $50. To rebook within that year you will need to send me a new rebooking fee. After one year you will have to send another retainer if you want to book again. 

By sending a retainer fee you agree to all of these terms and understand there will be no exceptions.

***appointments booked for September, December, and January require a new booking fee if cancelled/requested to move no matter the time frame.

** if you are booked for multiple sessions and are rebooking those sessions, this counts as two cancellations and you will need a new retainer fee to rebook.
